English Lo: to recognise the features of a letter
In English this week we have been looking at letters. We were detectives and looked at different letters to see if we could spot the features that all letters have in common.

Osborne house trip
Year 2 enjoyed a lovely trip to Osborne house today. The house looked beautiful with lots of decorated Christmas trees all over which we enjoyed spotting! I think we spotted eleven altogether! We performed some of our Christmas songs to some other schools and the children sang brilliantly! We then had a tour of the house and then made some Christmas crackers which were introduced to England in Victorian times.
